Job Description
Join our team as an Equipment Operator, where you’ll play a crucial role in operating and maintaining directional drilling equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for both entry-level and experienced candidates to contribute to our diverse projects. As an Equipment Operator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment to meet project deadlines.
Compensation:
- Up to $80,000 per year plus overtime.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of equipment such as a horizontal directional drill and mud mixer.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient network performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs
Requirements:
- No prior relevant experience required; on-the-job training provided for entry-level applicants.
- For experienced candidates, a proven track record in directional drilling.
- Basic understanding of engine maintenance, fluids management and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must hold or be eligible for a valid US driver’s license.
- Able to regularly carry and lift 50 pounds, regularly work in outdoor weather conditions, regularly work with power equipment (power units), regularly work with hand tools (shovel), and regularly work with equipment requiring dexterous movement (cutters, duct slitters, etc).
